Specialist (Logistics) Fresh Export
What will you do:
Handle export and import bookings for fresh products and frozen, coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely and compliant shipments. Oversee the end-to-end logistics of shipments, ensuring timely transportation and adherence to quality and safety standards. Collaborate with Export team, supply demand and third party to schedule shipments, resolve issues, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality of product. Conduct quality assessments during the loading to ensure all fresh products meet regulatory and company standards. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products availability, shipment status, and delivery timelines. Analyze transportation and storage costs related to products, generating reports to identify efficiencies and suggest cost-saving initiatives. Complete and manage all necessary documentation, including FORM13 files, invoices, and compliance paperwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Act as the primary contact for the commercial team, addressing customer inquiries related to logistics, shipment status, and delivery timelines. Generate and analyze reports on logistics performance, including monthly updates on transportation costs and efficiency, to identify cost-saving opportunities. Follow up on payment requests for service providers and update the Statement of Account (SOA) to maintain accurate financial records.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred
