As a Sourcing Specialist, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by identifying and engaging potential candidates for open roles within VOIS. This role involves utilizing multiple sourcing channels, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Utilizing a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent for medium to high level complex roles, qualify candidates and be the first point of contact for candidates.
• Achieve periodic sourcing goals by employing diverse strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Responsible for data reporting.
• Acting as a buddy for Jr. Sourcing specialist in sourcing practices, tools, and processes to demonstrate ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively.
• Evaluating candidates before advancing them to interview process.
• Consistently engage with candidates and provide feedback
• Maintaining timely and accurate information on Applicant Tracking System / Success Factor
• Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools.
• Bachelor’s degree in human re-sources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Boolean search logic and various sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
