You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
How you will contribute
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

More about this role
What you need to know about this position:
1. Lead MENAP Flexible & Paper packaging strategy development and implementation
- Analyze regional spend and understand the business needs.
- Provide regional market insights to develop proper sourcing strategy for MENAP BU.
- Define the supplier negotiation strategy at country, or regional level.
- Achieve E2E productivity target in supply chain while maintaining supply with acceptable quality and service level.
- Drive improvement of WAPT and DIOH for Packaging materials
2. Support AMEA Flexible and paper packaging strategy execution in MENAP
- Prepare and implement relevant bidding activity and leadsupplier negotiations.
- Lead supplier performance evaluation processand develop appropriate actionplan in alignment with internal stakeholders.
3. Lead contract implementation and ensure compliance as per Procurement policy
- Work in close collaboration with local BU procurement operations to ensure local implementation of new contracts, and extended value generation to increase operation service level.
4. LeadSupplier Partnership Excellence and risk management
- In line with defined Procurement strategy, support classification and categorization of suppliers, including definition of supplier evaluation and audit policies.
- Continuously track supplier performance to meet OTIF / RFT target.
- Lead supplier development activities, set-up cross functional review meetings with suppliers in order to improve performance and innovation projects.
5. Sustainability
- Cooperation with global packaging sustainability team to deliver sustainability target in MENAP
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevent field
Job specific requirements:
- 8-10 years experiences in business, ideally within Procurement and/or Manufacturing & Supply Chain
- Experience of managing through multi-functional and multi-cultural projects and teams, preferred in FMCG.
- Business acumen and Entrepreneurial spirit.
