Solutions Manager
Job Description
Lead the design and architecture of managed service solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with business objectives. Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, detailing the architecture, integration points, and technologies. Drive the development of new managed service offerings by analyzing market trends and customer needs. Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements and throughout the client engagement lifecycle. Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in solution design, implementation, and management. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure successful solution delivery. Continuously innovate and improve managed service offerings by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, or TOGAF.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
