Solutions Implementation Specialist-HR
Job Description
· Identify and analyze business and technical needs by working with end-users and technical groups.
· Act as part of the deployment, customization and testing of new solutions.
· Produce testing scripts based on application functionalities.
· Drive UAT process.
· Assist in the end-to-end implementation process for solutions modules.
· Support detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering.
· Configure ERP solutions under guidance to meet business and client requirements.
· Support data migration activities ensuring data accuracy.
· Assist in developing and executing test plans.
· Provide second support and maintenance post-implementation when needed by the support team.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
· Maintain detailed project documentation.

Technical Skills
•Experience with the HR module in oracle fusion ERP.
•Basic configuration skills for Oracle Fusion ERP.
•Understanding of data migration and integration processes.
•Familiarity with reporting tools.
•Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
•Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles is a plus.
•From 1 to 3 years’ experience with at least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation.
•A bachelor’s degree in commerce or information systems or equivalent education and, business administration, or related field
