Our client is a well-known e-learning solutions company, specializing in distribution and publishing company established in the year 2015 that predominantly supplies books and library resources to schools, universities, and institutions across the GCC.

Their commitment extends to the Middle East and North Africa region, where they aim to enhance education.

Job Context: A Software Quality Control is responsible for ensuring that software products meet the required quality standards before they are released.

Location: Remotely ( The Headquarter in Dubai, UAE)

1. Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases.Reporting issues through bug-tracking systems.
2. Investigating reported issues and following up until they are resolved.
3. Providing automation scripts for assigned tickets/tasks.
4. Contributing to quality and functionality improvement of software.
5. Preparing for the UAT and Demos.
6. Work closely with the development team to ensure quality and functionality.
7. Review and validate the requirements and elicitation of business conflicts.

We Are Looking For:

• Over 3 Years of hands-on experience in Testing Execution.
• Experience in test automation & performance testing is a plus.
• Knowledge in agile and scrum.
• Hands-on Experience in Manual testing & API testing.
• Excellent understanding of the software testing process.
• Excellent knowledge of the ISTQB foundation in software testing.
• Experience in dealing with test management tools like JIRA.
• Work experience with mobile and web-based application technology.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to achieve excellent results with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Possessing good communication skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in English (both written & spoken).
• Ability to work on multiple challenging projects.
