Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Develop and execute account strategies for growth.
Oversee service delivery and coordinate with internal teams.
Track client satisfaction and account performance.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess progress and gather feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.
Address and resolve client issues professionally.
Prepare and present sales proposals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years in account management or sales, with a proven track record.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
