Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Planning:
Develop visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories) that aligns with our brand identity and promotes our services in floral and event decor.
Create a content calendar that covers regular posts, seasonal promotions, client showcases, and event highlights.
Collaborate with the design and decoration team to showcase behind-the-scenes processes and completed projects.
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Conduct competitor research and identify trends in the wedding and event industry to inform and refine strategies.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3:5 Proven experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the events or wedding industry.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
