Job Description

Strategic Social Media Planning:


  • Develop a detailed social media strategy for Homzmart's accounts in Egypt and KSA, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Create and execute a timeline and posting plan that ensures consistent, engaging, and impactful content.
  • Set measurable goals and KPIs for audience growth, engagement, and overall performance.

Creative Writing and Scripting:


  • Craft compelling and on-brand captions, headlines, and call-to-actions for posts across all platforms.
  • Write scripts for short-form video content, including reels, stories, and ads that resonate with diverse audiences in both markets.
  • Develop content concepts that bring Homzmart’s brand persona to life, ensuring all messaging is engaging, authentic, and culturally relevant

Page Optimization and Revamp:


  • Audit and refresh Homzmart’s social media pages to better represent the brand identity and appeal to audiences in Egypt and KSA.
  • Optimize profiles for maximum discoverability and consistency across platforms.

Trend Analysis and Research: 


  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and viral topics to ensure Homzmart remains relevant and innovative.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and use insights from PMOs and market research to guide creative decisions.

Community Engagement and Growth: 


  • Support the Influencer Manager in integrating influencer campaigns into social media plans.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:


  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve content strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports to measure success and recommend actionable improvements.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a portfolio showcasing creative writing and successful campaigns.
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Proven experience in scripting and storytelling for video content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of both Egyptian and Saudi markets is a bonus.
