Responsibilities Review Daily/weekly Production plan to reflect the AOP targets Act as focal point for the DC' to reflect the sales forecast on the production plan according to the actual daily sales. Coordinate with plants day to day requirements to facilitate the production plan implementation Coordinate the Finished products inventory level with the finished goods warehouse Manager to achieve inventory targets Coordinate with deployment SPVs to fully utilize fleet capacity to ensure adherence to sales plan per region Track the actual production vs. the daily plan through the schedule attainment for daily reporting. Daily running the solve on ISCP to ensure MPS adherence. Analyzing daily misses in the production plan versus planned and putting an action plan to avoid recurrence. Analyzing weekly RCA (Root cause analysis) for MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and SA (Schedule attainment) In addition to connecting with the sector team to discuss areas of opportunities. Qualifications Solid experience in the supply chain function - SP&L is preferable Bachelor degree in Engineering is preferable 0-2 years of experience in FMCG SC environment is preferable Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages written and spoken Strong Analytical Thinking Strong Influencing Skills Strong Communication Skills High Drive and Proactive attitude Ability to use processes and tools to improve performance standards.
