As a growing Tech - Scale up, our infrastructure team ensures a seamless environment for code deployment and service operation. We are seeking a Site Reliability and DevOps Engineer to ensure our Kubernetes clusters run smoothly and all services operate correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in and improve the entire lifecycle of services—from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Design, build, and run new platforms based on engineering and business needs.
- Automate routine tasks, identify manual or error-prone workflows, and simplify processes.
- Support services before they go live through system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
- Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
- Scale systems sustainably through automation and push for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
- Leverage public cloud tooling to improve the company’s overall time to market.
- Continuously bring new ideas with a mindset for improvement and sustainability.
- Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
Technical Competencies:
- Ability to automate routine tasks and debug and optimize them.
- Experience building APIs and data delivery mechanisms for applications such as web dashboards, alerting & health systems, mobile applications, and third-party integration.
- Ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Linux (Ubuntu)
- Kubernetes (production experience)
- Terraform (strong skills)
- PostgreSQL
- Any major public cloud provider
- Git & Git Flows
- Docker/containers technology
- Monitoring stack (Prometheus / Elasticsearch / others)
- Experience in one or more of the following: Python, Go.
Additional Technical Competencies:
- VoIP: FreeSwitch / Asterisk / Kamailio
- AWS / Oracle Cloud / Azure
- Lambda production experience
- AWS data stack (SNS, SQS, Firehose, Redshift)
- Grafana
- Ansible
- On-premise service/hardware (KVM virtualization, Cisco switch)
- Network, LAN & WAN
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
