Installation & Supervision

• Supervise the installation of mechanical components, including pumps, valves, pipelines, and filtration units.
• Ensure proper alignment, welding, and fitting of components.
• Interpret and review mechanical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and technical documentation.

Testing & Commissioning

• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Ensure proper calibration and alignment of pumps, motors, and piping networks.
• Assist in plant startup and operational trials to verify system functionality.

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce safety measures and compliance with environmental and health regulations.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements for mechanical work.

Coordination & Documentation

• Collaborate with civil and electrical engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, project records, and progress documentation.
• Prepare invoices with the client and main contractor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants.
• Background in mechanical engineering, particularly in water treatment facilities, along with expertise in supervision, testing, compliance, and coordination.

Support the implementation of QHSE Management System as per standards( Quality management system ISO  9001: 2015, Environment management system ISO 14001: 2015 and Safety Management system ISO 45001: 2018) while performing work.
