Doka Egypt is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team and support the company’s ongoing national expansion.


The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team



Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate dedicated internal project teams and processes during all stages of key projects to ensure a smooth project execution and maximise client satisfaction.
  • Act as a main link between clients and Doka by conducting regular site visits which include technical assistance, problem solving, troubleshooting and assistance with delivery / return procedures.
  • Prepare and work out the time schedule for the job (short term and long-term goals/milestones) and proactively prepare recovery plans.
  • Support clients in handling Doka material correctly, safely and in the most effective way.
  • Sort out any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities during or after project execution.
  • Prepare mutually agreed delivery schedules and monitoring of progress.
  • Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings from site and internal project meetings.
  • Ensure any design issues / improvements at site are relayed to the engineering department to eliminate repetitive issues.
  • Documentation of best practice and project conclusion for knowledge transfer.
  • Provide on-site support (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork
  • Ensure that the customer/client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork
  • Monitor the material delivery and ensure that it is return at site
  • Provide constructive feedback to site services office and technical department
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Technical / Civil Engineering Qualification
  • Construction job site experience
  • Solid knowledge of formwork systems
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to coordinate, work unsupervised and solve problems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and language skills (English, ideally Arabic)
  • Be familiar with all necessary procedures of the Site Engineer in a construction environment (contracts, agreements, program etc.)
  • Cultural awareness
  • Team-player
