This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned professionals with a passion for overseeing the finishing stages of high-profile construction projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality and execution. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly in Libya.
Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans.
Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Travel to project sites, including Libya, to oversee progress, conduct inspections, and resolve issues.
Coordinate with local teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the finishing industry, with a proven track record of managing site operations and delivering high-quality projects.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Strong understanding of finishing works, materials, and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
Leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including extended stays in Libya as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
