Site Architecture Engineer

T.H.E Architects, Planners & Civil Engineers, Inc. is a premier architecture, planning and civil engineering firm in the Middle East. We are currently seeking a talented Site Architecture Engineer to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Architecture Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing on-site architectural operations, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of architectural plans. This role involves working closely with contractors, site managers, and other engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs on-site, ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve site-specific issues and challenges.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure work is executed to the required standards.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints, providing technical guidance and support to on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve on-site construction issues.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, site documentation, and necessary approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering. 
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in site architecture or construction-related roles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
