About the role
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Showroom Specialist to manage customer visits and assist with administrative tasks in our showroom. Your primary role will be to direct customers to the appropriate salesperson, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. You will also support the team with scheduling, customer records, and maintaining showroom organization.
What you will do
Greet customers and direct them to the right salesperson.
Manage customer flow to ensure efficient service.
Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
Ensure showroom displays are neat and inviting.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Who you are
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Moderate English proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
