About the role
+ We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Showroom Specialist to manage customer visits and assist with administrative tasks in our showroom. Your primary role will be to direct customers to the appropriate salesperson, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. You will also support the team with scheduling, customer records, and maintaining showroom organization.
+ Greet customers and direct them to the right salesperson.
+ Manage customer flow to ensure efficient service.
+ Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
+ Ensure showroom displays are neat and inviting.
+ Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Who you are
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
+ Moderate English proficiency.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
