Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed. Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Design:
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Design and document new or improved processes that align with best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
Create clear and concise process flows, diagrams, and documentation to ensure understanding and adherence.
ServiceNow Configuration:
Configure ServiceNow to support business requirements, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
Customize ServiceNow to optimize user experience and streamline workflows.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements Gathering and Elicitation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit information and clarify requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
Testing and Validation:
Develop and execute test cases to verify the functionality and performance of ServiceNow implementations.
Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users to ensure satisfaction and readiness for production.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow usage and best practices.
Create user guides, tutorials, and other training materials.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor ServiceNow performance and identify areas for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Requirements
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
