Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Employment Operations:
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other screenings for new hires.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-employment documentation and requirements.
Liaise with external vendors/agencies for pre-employment screenings.
Onboarding Operations:
Schedule orientation sessions and prepare/share welcome materials.
Coordinate IT setup and access for new hires.
Communicate onboarding instructions, policies, and procedures.
Collect and review new hire paperwork (contracts, tax forms, benefits enrollment).
Offboarding Operations:
Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding processes for departing employees.
Update employee records and HRIS systems to reflect termination/resignation details.
Collaborate with departments (IT, facilities) to deactivate access and return equipment.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of pre-employment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection regulations.
Candidate, Employee, and Business Support:
Handle pre-employment, onboarding, and offboarding-related inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and leavers, keeping them informed throughout their processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in HR Administration, focusing on onboarding and/or offboarding services.
Knowledge of local labor laws and data protection regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and relevant software tools.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Multinational background is a must.
