Process payroll transactions, including data entry, payroll calculations, simulations, and deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
Validate payroll inputs, review reports, and resolve/reconcile discrepancies or errors in collaboration with the HC and finance teams.
Calculate and process employee benefit deductions, contributions, and enrollments, such as health insurance premiums, retirement plan contributions, and flexible spending accounts.
Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws, including withholding, reporting, and remittance.
Perform regular audits and reviews of payroll data, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls.
Collaborate with the Senior Service Delivery Associate – Payroll and team members to implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, both digital and offline, and share them with relevant stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Employee and Business Support:
Handle payroll-related inquiries and requests (via ticketing service, email, or phone) professionally, providing timely, effective resolutions and ensuring a positive experience.
