Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with HR business partners, managers, employees, and external vendors to facilitate assignment logistics and requirements.
Relocation Support: Assist employees and their families with relocation logistics, including housing, transportation, school enrollment, and settling-in services.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with relocation service providers, real estate agents, and moving companies to ensure seamless transitions for relocating employees.
Visa and Work Permit Coordination: Assist employees in obtaining and renewing visas and work permits for international assignments, ensuring all immigration requirements and deadlines are met.
Tax and Compliance Management: Work closely with tax advisors, payroll teams, and finance departments to ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and assignment-related expenses.
Expense Tracking and Budget Management: Track assignment-related expenses, including relocation costs, housing allowances, and transportation expenses, ensuring they align with allocated budgets. Monitor and report on assignment budgets and variances.
Data Management:
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all mobility and assignment-related documentation. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.
Employee and Business Support:
Query Handling: Respond to mobility & assignment-related requests through email, phone, or ticketing services, ensuring effective resolution and excellent customer service.
Assignment Status Monitoring: Track assignment timelines, providing stakeholders with reminders and updates to ensure compliance with key dates and requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in mobility, assignments, or relocation management.
Knowledge: Familiarity with immigration laws, visa processes, tax regulations, and relocation services is preferred.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions to ensure smooth operations for employees on assignment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using HR software, ticketing systems, and MS Office applications
