Key Responsibilities:


End-to-End Hiring Services: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, application screening, reference checks, interview scheduling, and coordination to ensure a seamless hiring process.


Recruitment Documentation: Prepare and distribute essential recruitment documents (e.g., offer letters, employment contracts, background check authorization forms) to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.


Service Delivery & SLAs: Follow standardized practices and procedures in line with agreed SLAs, ensuring consistent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.


Talent Acquisition Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining Talent Acquisition policies, procedures, and documentation to streamline processes and ensure compliance.


Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as background check agencies and recruitment firms, to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.


Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records for candidates, employees, and leavers across relevant systems and offline documents. Ensure data integrity, compliance with local labor laws, and adherence to data protection regulations.


Candidate & Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process and responding professionally to hiring-related inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems. Ensure all inquiries are resolved promptly to deliver a positive candidate experience


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, Service Delivery, or a similar role, with a strong focus on hiring services.
Solid knowledge of local labor laws and data protection regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
