Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to be the point of contact for customers and the Honda service department by greeting customers, assessing their vehicle issues, preparing job cards, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication regarding the status of the vehicle to ensure excellent customer service.
What you will do:
• Greet customers and actively listen to requests and concerns
• Ensure the achievement of the repair order revenue and monthly targets
• Follow up with the department to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle to customers, with jobs carried out completely
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction for customer retention and business development
• Perform job write up of all job cards based on the customer concerns and needs
• Maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score according to the Honda standards

About the team:
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager.
What equips you for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in an Automotive dealership
• Strong customer service and upselling skills
• English proficiency
