Qualifications
4+ years of proven experience in UX design with a strong emphasis on design systems. Demonstrated expertise in crafting mobile apps and websites, with a strong focus on delivering world-class user experiences. Demonstrated success in creating, implementing, and evolving design systems. Good experience in using Design Sprint methodology to speed up and improve the design process. Proficiency with Figma in designing and prototyping. Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Strong familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Experience in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis. Effective communication and collaboration skills. A proactive approach to staying updated with design trends and technologies.
