Establish and maintain relationships with banks.
Providing management with the monthly bank account statements.
Managing cash flow and optimizing liquidity for daily operations.
Ensure that all bank transactions are recorded and maintained in the system.
Performing weekly and monthly bank account reconciliation on the ERP system.
Prepare daily cash position report and managing daily cash balances.
Collaborate with the finance team during monthly closing.
Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliations.
Assist in weekly forecast of cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
Maintain appropriate balances across the different bank accounts to ensure availability of funds where needed.
Handling all supplier payments according to the payment terms and ensuring availability of funds.
Internal reconciliation of all customer transactions and balances with FinOps team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting or Finance Major)
+3 years of experience in Treasury Role.
High analytical thinking and problem solving.
