Give advice and assist company employees in assessing travel needs; provide timely notifications of travel schedules and, when necessary, detailed written itineraries.
Manage all travel-related administrative tasks, including processing purchase requisitions, check requests, purchase orders, special purchase orders, and travel vouchers.
Assist with travel invoice preparation and collect approved invoices for processing.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations related to travel.
Assist to negotiate corporate rates with hotels and facilitate contract finalization
