Roles & Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues as a first line of support
Handle the support tickets received across various channels within the agreed SLA.
Communicate with engineering team to escalate production problems , discuss the proposed solution and share technical logs
Deals with various stakeholders (commercial , operations and engineering teams) to handle any issue.
Do the daily health checks and monitoring
Provide guidelines and support to the other team members in their daily tasks
Preparing detailed report for global incidents & share with management team
Analyze the repeated issues and abnormal trends and start working on
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2-3 years of experience as an application/web support engineer.
Familiar with database ,scripting, APIs & basic programming concepts.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines.
Familiar with Agile concepts will be a plus
