The role is opened to continue our daily milestone in serving our patients & partners and give them the highest level of support & partnership which is aligned with our daily mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. For this role, you will be expected to work in our Egypt, Cairo office, full time with 30% travelling.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provides in-house repair service in a repairing /service center or on-site technical service and support without sales & service quota
- Special Tasks may include Installation, Trouble shooting, Calibration, PPM, Field corrective action perform on site, handling equipment complaints and Software upgradations
- Provides technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals responding to product related questions, issues and problems
- Communicates with both internal and external parties, providing assistance and solving problems either remotely or in person
- Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required – minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting methods/skills and capital equipment control
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills and ability to work in and lead cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are balanced with speed and effectiveness
- Well organized, aptitude for paperwork, good follow-up skills, strong organizational and co-ordination skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
