Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description
Conducts interviews and evaluates applicants’ qualifications for vacant positions Handle the hiring process by preparing contracts, approvals to hire, bank account letters, etc. Coordinates with department heads to conduct panel interviews to speed up the recruitment process (depending on the urgency of filling the vacant position) Create a strong database to increase the pool of calibers by assisting in communication with external recruitment service providers, universities, government entities, and other parties Responsible for handling social internet ads, social media, recruitment events, employment fairs, and our presence on top campuses Responsible for conducting a full interview cycle from Job posting to hire Conducting exit interview and responsible for retention cases
Skills
Excellent knowledge of the techniques of conducting professional interviews Excellent knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and principles Expertise on the sound judgment of applicants (in terms of their knowledge, skills, and abilities) Ownership Functional Skills Idea’s Presentation and Taking Initiative continuous Learning Customer Centricity 1-3 years of experience
