Senior Structrual Engineer

• Develop detailed structural designs for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure designs are safe, cost-effective, and compliant with local and international building codes.
• Optimize designs by evaluating alternative materials, construction methods, and design approaches to improve performance and reduce costs.

• Create, Review the structural BIM modelling of the project.

• Work closely with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and contractors to develop integrated designs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and changes.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, including calculations, analyses, and design summaries for submission to clients or regulatory authorities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, revisions, and approvals.

• Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant Saudi and international building codes and standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and integrate them into design practices.
• Address structural safety concerns during the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Research and implement new materials, technologies, and methods to enhance structural performance and sustainability.
• Introduce value engineering solutions to maximize project efficiency and minimize waste.

• Guide junior engineers and technical staff to improve their technical knowledge and professional skills.
• Organize training sessions or workshops to share insights on advanced structural techniques and software tools.

• Identify potential structural risks, including those related to seismic activity, wind loads, or material failure.
• Develop mitigation plans to address identified risks and ensure project resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering, including design, analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in structural software (e.g. SAP2000, Etabs, Safe, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, particularly concrete and steel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Working Hours: 08:30 AM-05:00 PM
• Working Days: 5 days/week (From Sunday to Thursday)
• Days Off: 2 Days off (Friday and Saturday)
