Support the Head of Business Strategy and Organization Development in ensuring Amlak Finance Egypt’s performance and directions align with the company’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic Objectives.
Track each project with the owner (related department) from initiation through to approval.
Evaluate the company’s operations and ensure all departments are on track to achieve their goals and targets by reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Follow up in the overall process of the execution management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability.
Support all items related to the Board of Directors' meeting agenda and action points, as directed by the Head of Business Strategy and Organization Development.
Ensure all "Board of Directors’ Deliverables" meet allocated deadlines.
Assist in the development of the company’s quality of submissions (documents, reports, memos, and proposals utilized internally and externally for board submissions).
Assist in the creation of financial models & Reporting.
Requirements
University degree in a business-related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
2-4 years of experience supporting at the executive level.
Good knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
