Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Senior Specialist (Laboratory.
What will you do:
Helping the technical supervisor with regard to all technical works and ensuring that the work is in accordance with the quality policy and in order to achieve the requirements for accrediting the laboratory according to the international standard (ISO / IEC 17025/2017) as well as training on chemical and microbial tests planned to enter the accreditation according to ISO: 17025.
Conducting laboratory tests according to standard analysis methods.
Receive samples received for the laboratory, review their data, and ensure that they comply with the terms of delivery, and record them in the test record.
Make a daily report on the media and materials consumed and control consumption.
Ensure the implementation of calibration and periodic maintenance of devices.
Account consumables and analysis requirements for customers.
Maintain the confidentiality of customer data.
Inform the technical supervisor of faults as soon as they occur.
Carry out the continuous improvement of the laboratory activities.
Executing a sampling plan for chemical and microbiological tests.
Reducing the loss of analysis samples and minimizing the loss of chemicals and microbial analysis mediums, and making a complete report on the reference samples and their method of preservation.
To monitor the results of the analysis in the prepared books and issue the necessary technical report.
Follow up on the latest publications of Egyptian and international standards to apply them to work.
Preparing statistical processes for laboratory tests and evaluating their results.
Searching in scientific books to update the methods of analysis.
Reviewing and counting the clients' requirements for chemical and microbial examination and submitting their reports.
Ensure that the External Samples was taken in a good Practice and timely Manner according to the sampling Plan.
