Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation. Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflow
about you
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering. 2+ years of software engineering experience. Must have excellent knowledge in one of the programming languages (C#, Java, Angular JS, Python, PHP, React JS). Must have excellent knowledge in (XML, JSON) Must have excellent knowledge in(JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS) Must have excellent knowledge Rest/SOAP APIs. Must have knowledge in any version control (Azure DevOps Server, Github) Must have a deep understanding of one or more DBMS platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Fluent in English is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills in person, team chat, email and meetings. Desire to both learn and teach new concepts as part of a team. Valuable Skills And Experience Experience ServiceNow development. ServiceNow certified. French Language. ITIL knowledge Hands on experience in manual/automated testing ITI graduate
