What you’ll be doing 

As a Backend Engineer, you will be working on different types of products from websites to enterprise platforms. As part of a cross-functional team focused on delivery, you will be responsible for building the engine that powers the entire product. Here are some examples of how your day will go:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications according to specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project scope.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to enhance software functionality and performance.
• Document software designs, code, and technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
