Senior Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in cardoO Technologies. This role is ideal for an experienced social media expert with a proven track record of growing and enhancing social media accounts across multiple platforms. As the Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating effective strategies to increase engagement, and growing our follower base, especially across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the social media strategy aligns with our brand goals and marketing initiatives. Your expertise in content development, analytics, and platform-specific strategies will help to drive meaningful growth for the company's social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to expand brand presence, increase followers, and drive engagement.
• Manage, optimize, and grow social media accounts across all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights and analytics tools to improve strategies.
• Use data-driven insights to create optimized content that resonates with target audiences.
• Oversee campaign performance and make adjustments to ensure growth in followers, engagement, and reach.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to ensure strategies are current and effective.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to develop creative and impactful posts.
• Develop paid social strategies and work closely with the advertising team to run targeted campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts, with a demonstrated ability to increase followers and engagement.
• Expertise in Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and related tools for campaign management and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
