Job Summary: SteelCon is currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. This is a full-time position where the Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site engineering activities for our ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilites:
Oversee day-to-day site engineering activites and ensure project compliance with design specification, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement site engineering strategies, work plans, and project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers , architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
Manage and supervise the site engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorsip.
Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fie
Has from 3-5 years of experience.
previous experience in complex infrastructure or industrial construction projects
Proven ability to handle budgeting and resource allocation
Experience with cost estimation and project financial management
Ability to work on construction sites
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software
Work Conditions:
Working Hours: 09:00 AM-05:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Work Location: The Courtyard Zayed, Al Sheikh Zayed, Giza
