Senior Scrum Master

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team towards enhanced efficiency and quality, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and deep team engagement. • Facilitate successful Agile implementations, ensuring that SAFe and Scrum principles and practices are effectively applied. 
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, enabling high-performance and efficient delivery of team goals. 
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. 
• Facilitate scrum events “Sprint planning, Daily standups, Sprint reviews... etc) and promote team collaboration. 
• Resolve conflicts and impediments that may hinder the team's progress, promoting effective communication and collaboration. 
• Promote transparency and alignment between the development team and product stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities. 
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile metrics and reporting, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making and improve team performance. 
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact of those changes on team productivity and project outcomes. 
• Effective vendor engagement with the right people.
