Lead generation and acquiring new customers.

Review project drawings, BOQs, and design packages, and prepare tailored offers.
Negotiate deals with customers.
Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and communications with customers.
Acquire wider customer network coverage and develop relationships with customers.
Provide after-sales feedback and support to improve customer satisfaction.
Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Promptly submit customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
Research competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
Support the sales team with technical insights and market analysis.
Travel to attend sales activities, exhibitions, and fairs.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Additional qualifications or relevant experience in business, sales, and marketing in the industry
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience within wood sales or construction products sales, primarily B2B.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp, Excel, and Photoshop.
Excellent command of both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Strong understanding of customer service principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Existing business relationships in the wood or construction field.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
Responsible, professional, and proactive with strong work ethics.
Leadership and guidance skills.
The ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
