Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions. Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase Future Express’s services and value proposition. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and terms. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations. Close deals efficiently and maintain a high conversion rate. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research. Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
