Responsibilities:
Lead Moderation and Support:
Review and moderate leads who have booked trial sessions.
Assist leads with resolving any issues before or during the free session.
Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth experience for the leads.
Operational Efficiency:
Ensure automation systems and workflows are functioning properly.
Lead Follow-Up Campaigns:
Create and send bulk follow-up campaigns to re-engage old leads.
Data Management:
Clean and organize lead data to maintain accuracy and quality.
Ensure no duplication or redundant entries in the system.
