Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the B2B e-commerce landscape in the mobile phone and consumer electronics industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any issues to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions are aligned with Raya Trade objectives while also meeting the needs of the clients.
Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to drive revenue growth, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and cohesion in overall business objectives and strategies
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, and generate reports to provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and Raya Trade policies, and manage risks associated with sales activities such as credit risk, contract disputes, and legal obligations.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and sales techniques through professional development activities such as workshops and training programs.
