That’s why we’re looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer - Mobile to join Procore’s journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry.As a Senior QA Engineer - Mobile at Procore, you will design and execute software testing plans for various key customer-facing and internal Mobile applications. You should be self-motivated, creative, proactive, and ready to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, including multiple platforms and a distributed architecture, diverse technologies, and lab environments. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.This role will report to the Quality Assurance Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.What you’ll do:Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleDesign and execute test casesDesign and maintain E2E mobile automated testsVerify that the implemented software app meets the business requirements.Suggest functionality improvements based on usability standards.Review requirements documents in terms of consistency, completeness, and correctness.Conduct post-release/ post-implementation plans and testing.Identify, document, and track software bugsWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related field5+ years of experience in software testingProficient in writing SQL queriesProven Experience with testing mobile applications in an agile environmentSelf-driven, problem-solver with demonstrable critical thinking skillsThorough understanding of software testing methodologies, QA tools, and Agile principlesProven knowledge and experience in various test levels (system integration, performance, regression, and user acceptance)Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneouslyExperience in automation testing preferably using Appium and JavaScript or any other automation tool.Experience in API testingStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAdditional InformationPerks & BenefitsAt Procore, we invest in our employees and provide a full range of benefits and perks to help you grow and thrive.
