The Purpose of the Role


We are looking for a Project Manager to manage small to large jobs and to provide support and tasking direction to the internal operation team, external sub-contractors, and to keep relationship with the customer for the entire project lifetime.
Internal support and relationship with the customer will consist of basic administrative tasks, forecasting, planning, risk identification, change order, billing and payments. Coordination with other members of the team for sharing external sub-contractors and internal operation and engineering resources.


To be a successful Project Manager you should have the ability to work with multiple projects and demonstrate excellent multitasking attitude. You should also have excellent organizational, time management and decision-making skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Attend KOM and periodical meetings with clients
  • Directly interact with customer during job execution
  • Purchasing of materials included in the scope of supply
  • Interface with other internal functions to resolve contingent issues or define strategic processes (Production, Logistic, Warehouse and Project Engineering Team)
  • Continuous improvement, cooperate to propose new processes in the project execution
  • Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects “in time” and “in budget”
You Must Have
  • At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead different stakeholders
  • Client oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to understand the implications and assess the appropriate degree of acceptable risk and take actions to minimize risk.
