Job Brief:


Reporting to the Head of Products, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product end-to-end. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative features and functionalities that cater to our global audience.


Role Objectives:


  • Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to release planning and success assessment.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Engineering team to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features.
  • Release Management: Own the planning and roll-out of new features.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain a groomed and prioritized product backlog based on business impact and effort.
  • User Advocacy: Represent the voice of the users, advocating the product vision and direction to all business, UX, and engineering teams.
  • Strategy and Vision: Own product KPIs, strategy, and vision.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Encourage cross-functional team collaboration on shared objectives.
  • Impact Analysis: Lead the impact analysis of new features before and after development phases.
  • Iteration Management: Oversee the development stages from kick-off sessions to evaluating product progress at each iteration.

Relevant Experience:


  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a product-based environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and detail-orientation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
