Senior Process Engineer
Job Description
· Comply with company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Policies.
· Acquire and transfer modern world class manufacturing methodologies and best practices to the factory.
· Responsible for Routing design of new products and to calculate/issue the standard cycle time, SOP and work instructions for each product and to assure the implementation of current products routes/cycle-time/SOP/Work instructions in actual production process as designed.
· Train and motivate factory team on lean-manufacturing/Operational-Excellence concepts and set programs for its application and follow the implementation till achieving the objectives of operational excellence.
· Contribute, monitor and enhance the continuous improvement activities among all factory teams aiming to improve performance and cost, and assure the development of continuous improvement culture in the factory.
Skills
Technical Level:
Excellent knowledge of AC manufacturing process Excellent knowledge of Lean and Kaizen Good Knowledge of six sigma
