Job Overview:
At BayanTech, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the company's organizational culture, employee experience, and talent development strategies. You will be responsible for HR-related tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and implementing initiatives that align with the company's vision and global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles.
+ Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
+ Foster a thriving work culture by implementing engagement and recognition programs.
+ Oversee learning and development programs that support employees' personal and professional growth.
+ Manage the company's performance review process, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
+ Work with managers to develop performance improvement strategies for underperforming employees.
+ Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
+ Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to enhance workplace culture.
+ Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
+ Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.
+ Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management.
+ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
+ Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 3-6 years of experience in an HR or people management role.
+ Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
+ Fluency in English is required.
+ Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
