Design workforce planning initiatives.
Do job evaluation and participate in grading exercises to ensure equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
Partner with leadership to manage the people side of change and align cultural shifts with strategic priorities.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend interventions for continuous improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to assess organizational health, workforce trends, and development needs.
Create dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting key OD metrics and outcomes.
Partner with HRBPs and department leaders to address organizational challenges and implement tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on OD best practices and workforce strategies.
