Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Senior Optimization Manager.

What will you do:

• Assess existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.
• Collect and analyze relevant data to measure current process performance, identify key metrics, and track progress over time.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including mapping current processes and designing future state processes.
• Collaborate with IT to implement digitization solutions for current and new projects.
• Responsible for overseeing and guiding current and new projects across different departments from initiation to completion
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and senior management to report on project status, potential risks, and issues.
• Ensure the timely delivery of Raya Food projects within the established scope.
• Research the industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend digital business solutions that are aligned with the company’s strategy.
