• Designs HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing works
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, details, specification, BOQs and cost estimated
• Following-up the site construction activities
• Review the tenants’ designs, implementations and progress
• Review contracts, quotations and interims
• Issue the POs and following up the payments
• Retail or mall experience in RDD is plus
