Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description
Mechanical Design review, verification, testing, and implement mechanical equipment and automation systems. - Develop structural designs for products with the use of CAD (AutoCAD -SolidWorks) and other software programs.
- Review and develop project requirements and system specifications based on international standards, industrial requirement, and regulations.
- Review and develop Mechanical design systems/structures.
- Review and verify the manufacturing drawings and Bill of Material.
- Design Electro-Mechanical components and follow up on implementation.
- Identify full technical specifications of parts to execute the design.
- Identify quality control milestone checkpoint, for the production and assembly process.
- Review and issue in the development and applying test plans.
- Integrate the system and perform FAT & SAT process and documentation.
- Follow up the product assembly and project commissioning.
- All design process complies and follow the requirement of ISO 9001-2015
- Attend coordination/ kick-off meetings as necessary.
- Investigate the cause of equipment and system failures.
- Recommend design modifications to ensure there will be no malfunctions in the system or in the machine.
- Perform other tasks as required.
