Senior Mechanical BIM EngineerJob Description- Receive drawings, BOQ and Specs from the consultants in order to make sure if there are any amendments needed in the upcoming project.- Coordinate with the Structural and architectural disciplines and check if there is any RFI (Request for Information) needed to be sent to the consultant.- Set the action plan and distribute tasks among the team members to ensure delivering the models on time.- Finalize the model of the project in order to be delivered to the structural department.- Model the whole project and link the project files with each other to ensure compliance with the design.- Demonstrate the details needed in the drawings to be implemented on site.- Prepare the final model of the project after applying all amendments to be sent to the client or used as a reference in the future.- Oversee the tasks performed by the Engineers and provide them with the needed support to improve their performance.Skills Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering 5- 7 years of experience. Revit and AutoCAD experience. Excellent communication skills.
